Returns and refunds
RETURN
In order to return the purchased goods, the Customer should inform the Seller about their desire to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receiving them. A sample withdrawal form can be found here. The statement can be sent, for example, via e-mail to kontakt@lazydaisy.eu.Please write "REFUND" in the subject field.
Next, within 14 days from the withdrawal from the contract of sale, the Customer is obliged to send back the purchased goods (along with the receipt and a filled-in withdrawal form) to the following address:

A refund will be provided within 14 calendar days from the day the Seller receives the returned goods.
The Seller may refuse to accept the return if the goods are damaged or have been used.
We return the cost of the shipment paid when placing an order. The cost of returning the order is covered by the Customer.
If the Customer returns only a part of their order, they do not receive the refund of the shipment cost.
COMPLAINT
The Customer can inform the Seller about their desire to file a complaint for example via e-mail by sending a statement to kontakt@lazydaisy.eu.Please write "COMPLAINT" in the subject field.
The goods, along with the printed complaint form, should be sent to the following address:

The complaint will be processed within 14 calendar days from the day of submitting the complaint. The customer will be informed on the decision concerning the complaint via e-mail.
The Seller is not responsible for any damage stemming from improper use of the product.
